After finishing another run last Sunday morning, Frank Frazier found Jenny Allen in the parking lot of Sun Tire on Blanding Boulevard and handed her a couple of pennies.

For some of the tougher parts of last weekend's Iron Horse Endurance Run, those words were what helped Orange Park's Mike Lively to ... well, keep putting one foot in front of the other. For 62 miles.
